ok my primary school dentist was a lady. somehow I drew this piece into a guy, think it's easier to show him hideous and how frightened I am to go to the dentist :)
you most prob went to the wrong dentist, check out his own teeth. nice subtle composition intent in expressing his 'credibility'. lol just an observation: the hand holding the spanner seems a little unnatural. (trying to be picky here, even though it's just a sketch lol, so as to better improve ourselves. :)
